Amboseli National Park offers spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, and its main ecosystem is made up of savannah grasslands. Amboseli has a unique water supply from the snows of Kilimanjaro, which feed into spring lines in the heart of the park. Amboseli is well known for its elephant populations and the opportunity to meet with the Masai people. The park is famous for having some of the largest-tusked elephants alive today.

The best times to visit Amboseli are during the warm, dry months of July to October.
