Booking Process
Option 1 – Easy Installments
Deposit payment of $3,249.10 due immediately to confirm your spot with 5 installment payments of $1049.58 due on June 15, July 15, August 15, September 15, and October 15, 2009. You will still need to book your air transportation (see below) and we also recommend purchasing travel insurance at a cost of $579.
Option 2 – Deposit with balance due 90 days prior to travel
Deposit payment = $3,249.10 due immediately to confirm your spot;
Final Balance payment = $5,247.90 due on July 19, 2009.
You will still need to book your air transportation (see below) and we also recommend purchasing travel insurance at a cost of $579.
Option 3 - Payment in full
This option is available until July 19, 2009. Payment of $8,497 and your spot is immediately confirmed. You will still need to book your air transportation (see below) and we also recommend purchasing travel insurance at a cost of $579.
Air Transportation
You will need to book round-trip international air transportation.
Here are the details:
Arrive in Johannesburg by 10am on Monday, October 19, 2009.
Depart from Cape Town no earlier than 1pm on Tuesday, October 27, 2009.
You will also need to book a domestic flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town on Friday, October 23, 2009 no earlier than 3pm.
