GOVERNMENT: Zambia is a democratically ruled country ruled by His Excellency, President Rupiah Banda.
GEOGRAPHY: Zambia’s terrain is mostly bushveld with rocky outcrops and is a landlocked country spread across a vast plateau. The southern part of the region is dominated by savanna and is home to the world-famous Victoria Falls, which border Zimbabwe.

CLIMATE: The summer months in Zambia are from November to March and the winter months are from April to August. The three seasons Zambia experiences range from moderate to tropical. Winter months usually bring warm temperatures in the 70ºF (23ºC) range, while summer months bring more humidity and temperatures in the 86ºF (30ºC) range. October is the hottest month in the river valleys of the Zambezi and Luangwa.
WHEN TO GO: The best time to visit Zambia is April to November. Victoria Falls is spectacular in April and May after the rainy season, with whitewater activities at their best in November. From December to May, the parks are closed due to the rains VISAS: Zambia has visa regulations, which are available upon arrival. It is advisable to check with us before travel as they are subject to change.
